Denver based Nicholas D. Miller, professionally known as Illenium, is an American musician, DJ, and record producer. Illenium has distinguished himself with his ability to create aural arrangements and immersive emotional experiences. His impeccable sound design and his arrangements that vary in style, beauty, complexity, and emotional depth is what makes him one of the best producers of the time.
Miller who was born in Chicago and raised in San Francisco, started making electronic music in 2008 and decided to focus on music more earnestly in 2012. He made his debut in 2017 with the release of “Awake Live” which captivated audiences across the country and sold out some of the most renowned venues nationwide.
Illenium has released three studio albums to date with the most recent one, Ascend, released in August 2019. The album reached number 14 on the Billboard 200 and was the first of his albums to top the Billboard Dance Albums chart. He has also worked on various remixes including “The Chainsmokers”, “Don’t Let Me Down”, and Flume’s “Say It” and won the award for “Remix of the Year” for the latter at the inaugural Electronic Music Awards in 2017.
